Neelabutt a well known historical place in Azad Kashmir Azadi compaign was start from there. It is 6 km from Dhirkot bazar. When some one decide to visit Neelabutt his/her first prefer will be 12Dari. It is most beautiful mountain situated 6600 meter above the ground. From there the view is most heart touching.
